Q&A

First time attempting to make pu-reah tea, and ended up sour (overly acidic is my guess), how could I prevent this in the future because I tried it in store and it was good, yet my attempt yields a result that curdles my almond milk: Hey Ashton! 👋 Thanks for reaching out about your Jack Frosted Mocha. We'd suggest chatting with our Customer Care tea-m so that they may inquire on the different steeping variables, such as the amount of tea used, the amount of milk, water time, temperature, and steeping tools. Generally speaking if you're looking to make a latte, we suggest steeping 4 Perfect Spoons in 4 oz of near-boiling water for 4-5 minutes. You can heat up/froth your milk and add this to your tea concentrate. If you enjoy different milks or milk brands, you can try swapping these out as well for different results. We're confident that you'll be able to ace your ideal recipe soon enough! 🩵
