"i have no idea how this is over 5 stars. did everything according to the instructions which states you get 8-10 cups of iced tea. we got 2 cups of EXTREMELY WEAK iced tea and it was disgusting. wasted it all. rip off"

"I tried it both hot and cold and honestly you wouldn't go wrong with either method. Naturally quite sweet, but not in an overpowering way. I added maybe 1 tsp of maple syrup to my iced tea mix and it was great!"
