Thé vert biologique unique, le Gyokuro Yamashiro biologique (« rosée de jade ») est privé de lumière pendant six à sept semaines avant la récolte. Ce procédé augmente la teneur en chlorophylle des feuilles et confère à ce thé sa couleur vert foncé signature et son caractère riche est vivifiant. Seules de très petites quantités de ce thé rare et recherché sont importées du Japon, ce qui en fait une véritable trouvaille pour les amateurs de thé vert. On adore ce thé pour ses notes d'huile de thé et de chlorophylle, ainsi que pour sa saveur intense et complexe de légumes verts et de beurre à chaque gorgée. Trop. Bon.

"I finally received my stainless steel tea strainer but they put a company sticker on the bottom which left very sticky glue residue on the strainer . I soaked it for hours and not coming off . I don’t want to drink my tea with glue residue in it"

"I purchased this tea after reading reviews of the boost the caffeine gave one. i’ve used Sakamotos teas ( since discontinued) which gave a great boost of clarity without the coffee rush. with only 2 pinches at 140 degrees F it was a revelation. With David’s tea, I did not experience the same clarity. So I was a bit disappointed. les watanabe"
