Pink double walled glass Nordic mug
I love this mug. It is very light to hold and keeps coffee warm. However,It is very fragile. Mine cracked after pouring coffee into it. DAVIDsTEA replaced it for me so I am very pleased with their customer service.

At first it was but the rim and I chose to keep using it but the crack has since spread

Iridescent green double walled Nordic mug
I really like these cups. Unfortunately they are too fragile. I bought two awhile ago. I wash them gently by hand. I keep them in a special place. Only I use them. When I went to use one the other day it had a crack in it so I had to dispose of it. I have no idea why it cracked but I don't think I can afford to keep replacing them.

I purchased the iridescent green double wall glass mug for a gift for Mother's Day and she was very pleased with how warm it keeps her tea💕
Disaster
I bought this mug a couple of weeks ago and it worked well until it developed two cracks around the rim. I can still use it but the insulating value is gone. I doubt if I would buy another. No idea how it happened. Maybe in the dishwasher but whatever, clearly a shoddy bit of kit.

La tasse garde chaud tres longtemps et avec l'infuseur et le couvercle, c'est tres pratique pour un the le soir ou n'importe quel moment de la journee sans devoir ce soucier d'un sac de the ou de mettre de l'eau partout ou de devoir rester dans la cuisine.
NOT dishwasher safe
I own two of these mugs, and both have already broken despite barely being used. One cracked in the dishwasher a few days ago, and today the second one did the same. Even though both the website and the glass claim they're dishwasher-safe, that clearly isn't the case.
Extremely fragile
Update: what had to happen, happened. . . I dropped it once and it SHATTERED in a thousand tiny tiny sharps pieces. DO NOT buy if you have kids!
While I knew this was likely to happen (the previous one broke the same way in shipping, this was a replacement sent for free by DavidsTea), it was still a huge disappointment - I loved that mug, except for lid, as it's poorly designed, with an edge that draps liquid in a hard to clean way.
I hope they will make a stronger version of this cup as I loved the esthetic of it.

Beautiful mug
Gave this as a gift to a man and he loved it. It is much more impressive than the picture shows. High quality. Great size. Very happy with the purchase and delivery.
The mug is very cute, but it's very thin, the lid doesn't properly seal, and the paint started falling off from the bottom after a week of use. I love the color and the shape but tbh it's a bit overpriced for the quality.
Cheap
This was my favourite mug for a day. I just got it and used it about 4 times and the 4th time when I was mixing my drink it immediately broke on the inside. I loved this but it was made so cheaply it broke when stirring my matcha, yikes.

Good Mug
Holds heat for a long time. Comfortable handle. Easy to clean. Thought it would break many times, but it's more durable than anticipated.
Beautiful but fragile
The mug looks amazing and works great, but the first one I received had been shattered in thousand of really small sharp pieces during transportation, so now I'm constantly nervous this one will break as well.
I want to mention that DavidsTea was incredibly quick and efficient at sending a replacement for the broken one. So while I give two stars to the mug (for its looks, otherwise it would be only one), I give 5 stars to the DavidsTea team!

Love this mug!
I hesitated buying this because who really needs another mug, and the price, but I have to say this is my new favourite thing. I'd never want to go back to the other diffusers that hold such little tea and get in the way when you want to drink. The lid is perfect for resting the strainer when it's ready to drink. It keeps my tea hot for a long time, especially with the lid on. I accidentally knocked it over and was almost devastated but it thankfully didn't break on the way down. The only thing that could be better is if the strainer was dishwasher safe. Plus it is satisfying to watch the color change. If you're hesitating you should get it!
I love these mugs!
I have the Holo Taco and cat mug and these are so perfect. All I have to do is boil some water in my tea kettle and then I can add a scoop or two of my favorite tea with my perfect spoon and I have the perfect cup of tea! What I really love about this mug is that it's clear/ see-through and it's so cool to see the tea like that!
