Love this item. Easy to clean and makes amazing tea
I love my new Tea Infuser!!! I also mentioned to your new, really great, really helpful young employee that it was wonderful to meet her as I hadn't been to your store for ages as my last experience there hadn't been positive. The two young female employees that I had previously tried to engage with had been so disinterested that I finally gave up and left. It was a "one off" experience however they seemed committed to just chatting with each other and it's challenging to get information, make a purchase, etc. under those circumstances. Last but not least, "Belated Happy Birthday"!!! 🥳👍
Please stop putting the label on the bottom of the strainer. It's very difficult to remove and honestly no one wants glue in the tea. Please, please change your packaging process!!!

Not bad at all. Just don't steep David's Organic OP though. Only the Tea Leaves came to Canada. Flavour chose to back in Sri Lanka.
Super ! Il s’adapte à plusieurs formats de tasses et filtre aussi bien que les filtres en papier, en version plus écologique. De plus, il se nettoie bien et n’a pas tendance à rouiller. Je le recommande!
Handy to have
The only annoying thing is that the sticker with the barcode is on the bottom of the basket, and it was a bit of a pain to get all the adhesive off. Otherwise, great product.
issue with Sticker on the bottom
The sticker on the back of the tea infuser was easy to miss. I washed and used the infuser before noticing it, and the heat caused the sticker to stick even more. When I removed it, it left a lot of glue residue that was difficult to clean off. It might be better to put the product information on the packaging instead of directly on the infuser.
Excellent Service at Sherway!
Chermaine MADE MY DAY. I popped in to pick up a few iced tea packets, and walked away with my new favourite flavour! (Pear) She was so friendly and fielded all of my questions -- it reminded me why I love David's so much!

The price sticker at the bottom was a pain to remove. Otherwise perfect item.
Very useful and eco-friendly. Its annoying when they put the sticker on the bottom of infuser the glue is so hard to get off you have to use oil or goo gone.
great but sticky label horrible
strainer is the best
but product sticker stuck on directly to metal mesh was very hard to remove!
why not put sticker on clear plastic bag it was in???
Great infuser, poor sticker placement
Love these infuser. Bought more as a couple I have had for maybe 7+ years finally strayed coming apart. These are still great, but whoever decided to put the giant sticker on the bottom of the infuser, bad idea. Still has lots of sticker residue after multiple washes.

Infuser
I would give this 5 stars but giving 4 because it is annoying that a sticker is put on the bottom of infuser and was not easy to get off. I still have to use something to get the rest off .
Glue at the bottom
It's crazy that the label is stuck at the bottom by glue that can't easily be removed. I bought two and both can't be peeled off easily and there is glue left. I washed it multiple times with detergent and scrub.

STICKER leaves sticky toxic glue residue.
When you buy this it comes with a hug, very sticky sticker right on the bottom.
I washed with Dawn soap for a while and it stay behind. Several dish washer cycle prove the same problem.
I really don't want that glue in my tea so, guess i need to do some extra work to full get this glue off.

Great tea strainer.
I would have given it five stars except the sticker was put on the bottom of the strainer, and it was a nightmare to get off. Why do this??? Great strainer, otherwise.
Sticker Glue residue.
What's the point of putting a sticker on the bottom that leaves glue residue? I dont want to drink glue flavoured tea. I spent an hour trying to remove the residue and it's still there. I refused to use it and missed out on having my Apple cider that I purchased yesterday and was looking forward to. I wish I'd seen the previous reviews about this matter (and David's Tea would have rectified it after those ere posted), but who would think to have to read a review about a tea strainer!

Decent, but the label is poorly considered
For a product that says its not dishwasher safe I'm really disappointed that this has a label glued into the bottom. The glue gets into the holes and is difficult to remove. I understand the need to label for in store sale, but for something coming from the website, it's ridiculous. I don't want bits of glue in my tea.
