"I used this pitcher for some loose leaf tea and the tea itself ended up all outside the infuser basket. I’ll just use some tea bags but it kinda defeats the purpose"

"The old pitcher style from years ago is way better, I don't know why they continue to make things worse. I will say I do like that this has mesh on the bottom of the strainer, but since this version of the strainer doesn't screw in and seal to the lid, the contents will float and escape into the strained tea. There's really no point in paying extra for something that works worse. Buy any kind of cheaper pitcher and strain the tea outside it before pouring it in, because that is what you'll have to do here."
