The loose-leaf version has better flavour

"I usually purchase the loose-leaf Santa’s Secret and enjoy the combination of vanilla and mint. I chose the sachets for convenience at work. However, I found that the sachet version does not have the same flavour profile as the loose-leaf tea. It does not appear to include the candy cane pieces found in the loose tea, and the overall flavour is much milder, with subtle vanilla notes and little to no mint."
