Tea is Delicious when you finally receive it

"Davids tea is high quality and delicious. Too bad the company is irritatingly INCOMPETENT. No clue about logistics. I ordered tea for my terminally Ill father. The tea arrived a full 10 weeks after I ordered it. Sadly, my father was gone before it finally arrived. I begged the company to cancel my order week 2, but they said it was already sent out and blamed the delay on tariffs. Do you even know how tariffs work you geniuses ? COME ON. This company is a disgrace and refused to refund my money. I am shocked they are still in business."
