HORRIBLE
"I have been a DT customer for many years and I have to be honest, the new packaging unappealing. The tea bags themselves are awful, the string is shorter which makes it fall in the cup. you have added a glue to the string that is attached to the bag so when you pull it off it rips the bag, also. . . I don't want glue in my coffee. The previous bags with the nicely SOWN on string with tag was long and well made. I believe you have cut major corners on your packaging and overall product and still charge the same. I never minded paying the prices you had but now I'm not so keen"
