"This tea is advertised as smelling and tasting wonderfully. Just more dead end -of -season tea from DT. No idea what is happening with this company. Received tea post Black Friday - was exquisite, notably the Rooibos Cinnamon Chai. Ordered a few "2 for 12" boxes of the same - absolutely tasteless. Massive disappointment. Spent a very significant amnt of money on teas gifted to me - pretty much all taste old and dead- nothing like the Black Friday gift. Huge waste of money"

"This is one of my favourite teas however when it arrived the seal was broken. When I read the fine print I saw that it cannot be returned unfortunately. I hope It was not a returned or stale product."
