Matcha made easy

how to: Simple Matcha

measure your matcha

  • Use 2-3 Perfect Matcha Spoons for unsweetened matcha.
  • Use 5-6 Perfect Matcha Spoons for sweetened matcha.

pour in water & whisk

  • Add 4 oz of warm water and whisk until foamy.
  • 75°C / 170°F for unsweetened matcha
  • 85°C / 185°F for sweetened matcha

top off

  • Pour matcha into a 16 oz mug and add hot water.

how to: Matcha Latte

  • Use 2-3 Perfect Matcha Spoons for unsweetened matcha.
  • Use 5-6 Perfect Matcha Spoons for sweetened matcha.

pour in water & whisk

  • Add 4 oz of warm water and whisk until foamy.
  • 75°C / 170°F for unsweetened matcha
  • 85°C / 185°F for sweetened matcha

top off

  • Pour matcha into a 16 oz mug and add frothed milk or any plant-based alternative.
