Adorable mug but so unbelievably light and fragile for the price you pay. Someone in my house knocked it over onto my counter and it broke. I was so upset, I had only had it for two days! Would love for this mug to come back in the future with thicker glass.

Love these cups. I currently have 4 and use them often. Durable, useful and pretty to look at.
Customer Service and Description of Product is Terrible
Description of cup is awful and omits details, lid slides off and is not secure, no description of this anywhere on the product page. Customer service is rude, and returns are apparently now self-paid by customer. I've been a long time David's Tea customer but after this experience no more. A customer should not have to put up a fight in order to receive good service. Zero stars for product and customer service.

The colours are SO whimsical it brings me joy every time I use it. Which is almost every other day. I don't even mind that it's a handwash, no-microwave mug. It's carries joy (coffee! Tea!) surrounded by joy.

Beautiful mug! It keeps hot hot drinks hot and I can still hold the outside without burning my hands.
Just be very gentle with it.
Glad they brought this back. I got the rainbow one about 3 years ago and wanted to get another but I didn’t see it last 2 years so I was glad to see it this week. Though the colors are different. They are darker, more primary shades. I do prefer the colors in the previous years one but this one is nice too. I love these cups for tea. I'll probably go back for the pink and blue one I saw as well. Just be very careful. I broke my originals lid just doing the dishes which was unfortunate.
Great size, cup doesn't burn hands
Bought as a gift for a friend, who loves it. Great size, the lid is handy to keep the tea hot while it steeps (or when you forget about it). Double glass makes it easier to carry without burning. Hopefully have a new convert to David's Tea Nordic mugs!
Mug LEAKS!
Mug allows water in between its double walls, which only comes out again after you fill the mug with hot water to make your tea. This is fun because then it leaks all over your counter and you get to clean it up. Oh, and if you ask David's Tea to replace or exchange the mug with a non-faulty one, they demand you provide photos, a full video of the problem happening, and a written explanation of how you washed the mug. Only the worst customer service companies pull these tactics to avoid replacing faulty products - their intention is to stall as long as possible and make it as difficult as possible to prove there is even a problem, so you'll give up on getting it fixed. I will never order another mug from them, since they pull these kinds of tricks.
