Just not my thing, maybe. It was VERY licorice-y, and I could not taste any of the other ingredients (e.g., pepper, ginger, etc.). I plan to try another cup, with a shorter steep time, to see if I can reap the benefits without being overwhelmed by the taste.

You get the pure, high-quality chamomile buds, but the addition of citrusy lemon balm and aromatic lavender blossoms elevates the whole cup. It smells like an absolute dream while it's steeping. Broadcast Worthy Tea! As a hockey radio colour commentator this tea is a voice saver for me. Radio obviously requires a lot of voice work. I bring a David's Tea thermos with me to games. It's fabulous to sip during the game and then drink another cup once I'm back home after the game.
