Un vrai de vrai délice! Si vous êtes amateur des thés Earl Grey, de thés oolong bien lactés, de douce vanille, de bergamote fragrante et d'une touche crémeuse et onctueuse comme moi, vous serez fan de ce thé c'est certain. Niveau fragrance, dans le sac on sent principalement le thé noir, la crème, la bergamote et une touche de vanille. Ça rappelle fortement un Earl Grey crème. Personnellement, j'y retrouve une subtile odeur de lavande et encore plus subtile une odeur d'oranges douces bien qu'on ne retrouve ni de l'un ni de l'autre dans les ingrédients. C'est très très subtil et attribuable à la bergamote, la crème, la vanille et le thé oolong au lait selon moi. J'adore! Lorsqu'infusé, c'est une odeur plus ronde, plus lactée, plus vanillée (sans l'aspect sucré qu'on s'imaginerait) que sa version sèche et que le Earl Grey Cream. Moi, c'est pile poil dans mes goûts, j'en porterais le parfum de ce thé à mon plus grand bonheur s'il existait! Niveau arômes/goûts: Le oolong au lait se marie merveilleusement au thé noir pour donner un résultat parfaitement équilibré: On retrouve les caractéristiques principales de chacun. Au goût, le thé noir est plus dominant sans pour autant effacer le oolong au lait qui donne sa rondeur lactée, soyeuse et onctueuse qui s'accentue notamment en fin de bouche. Une harmonie franchement parfaite! La bergamote est toute à son honneur, surtout combiné à la vanille, la crème et le côté lacté du oolong au lait. Sa fragrance est simplement sublime dans ce thé, tout comme son arôme. Elle s'exprime mieux que dans le Earl Grey Cream selon moi, elle est si douce, fragrante et marquée. Si vous n'êtes pas familier avec la bergamote, imaginez la combinaison de la lime, du citron, de la mandarine, de l'orange douce bien sucrée, de la vanille et d'un peu de lavande (c'est sans doute la description la plus proche que je peux en faire). Une merveille qui se retrouve ici vraiment sublimée! La vanille quant à elle vient adoucir, arrondir sans pour autant sucrer ni effacer, ce que j'apprécie énormément. C'est un thé si bon qu'on n'a besoin d'aucun sucre. La vanille est subtile et s'accentue en fin de bouche. Une sensation soyeuse reste en bouche ce que j'apprécie. Je l'ai essayé également avec du lait de vache moussé, du lait d'amande (Silk pour café) à la vanille moussé et ces 2 variantes sont excellentes. Par contre, afin que le lait d'amande à la vanille ne prenne pas le dessus, je préfère faire 1/3 Silk vanille pour 2/3 lait de vache (ou autre lait végétal nature). C'est délicieux! En bref, en une seule gorgée ce thé s'est mérité une place dans mon top10 de thés ce qui est LOIN d'être facile puisque j'ai mes classiques quasi impossibles à battre dont plusieurs ayant gagné des prix prestigieux. C'est l'un de mes favoris et c'est de ce genre de thé aux arômes classiques dont j'ai toujours envie peu importe la saison, peu importe si j'ai envie de quelque chose sucré/fruité/etc si je tombe dessus j'en ai envie même s'il ne correspond pas à mon envie spécifique du moment. Il m'arrive même régulièrement d'ouvrir le sac pour "sniffer" sa fragrance enivrante. J'en suis fan finie! Même mon conjoint en est accro. Tout ceux à qui je l'ai fait goûter sont tombés sous son charme, et ce incluant des personnes n'ayant pas mon parti prix pour les types Earl Grey voir le thé!

This tea is it. I never got hooked on David’s tea cream of earl grey flavouring with marigold. But the milk oolong tea was my favourite. Together something wonderful was created . The milk oolong toned down the bitter marigold black tea with their strange cream of earl grey flavor aftertaste. Now you don’t need to use milk or sugar . A complete drink that is oh so smooth . I used 90• water to preserve the oolong leaves . Unfortunately when something is good, it says “ out of stock”

Wow! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at how much it tasted like a proper London fog made at a café! We were skeptical of the oolong with the black tea but it really works!

Taste fine - Not like matcha This matcha taste very sweet and if you like matcha flavor. You won't find it. Also, I tried different ways to make it , but it always ends up brown-ish, so it doesn't look good at all.

London Fog Oolong I tried this oolong blend before it was on the website. It tastes exactly like a London Fog minus the sugar and syrup. It's a new favorite.
Barely matcha This is hardly considered a matcha, it is far too sugary and sweet with none of the umami grassy flavors that you might want in matcha. Don't waste your money

Saveur du matin. . . Depuis maintenant longtemps que je pars ma journee avec un matcha a la vanille. Quand je n'en ai plus, d'autres saveurs de matcha prennent la releve, mais je reviens toujours a celui a la vanille, c'est vraiment mon prefere.
