The drip guard that goes with our stepper has cracked. I donât see where we can buy a replacement? Would you please help?

Do you sell the replacement small round rubber gasket that has broken in my steeper?

Hi, I was wondering if you are able to use this tea steeper on any mug, or will it only fit the Dave tea mugs?

Hi Sally! Our Steeper can pour tea into any mug. ð It just needs an opening big enough to pour into!

Is Davids going to make a glass Tea Steeper? I would love to avoid all plastics, and just use glass and metal.

My 16 oz clear colourless steeper is cloudy. It looks dirty when tho I wash it in soapy water after every use, and frequently disassemble it for mote thorough cleaning. Is there a way I can restore it to its former clean and clear appearance?

Hi there, Kathy J.! We wanted to share two of the methods we use to deep clean our Steepers. ð The first method calls for baking soda & vinegar: 1. Sprinkle all the parts with baking soda. Make sure to cover them all well. 2. Add enough vinegar to cover all the parts. You will start seeing bubbles. Let everything soak for 10 minutes. 3. Boil water and pour it in the mix. Let soak for another 10 minutes. 4. After that, wash and scrub one more time and voila - youâre ready to go! ðµ Another method you can try is denture tabletsâwe've heard they work wonders! â¨
