"Bought as a gift for a friend, who loves it. Great size, the lid is handy to keep the tea hot while it steeps (or when you forget about it). Double glass makes it easier to carry without burning. Hopefully have a new convert to David's Tea Nordic mugs!"
"Mug allows water in between its double walls, which only comes out again after you fill the mug with hot water to make your tea. This is fun because then it leaks all over your counter and you get to clean it up. Oh, and if you ask David’s Tea to replace or exchange the mug with a non-faulty one, they demand you provide photos, a full video of the problem happening, and a written explanation of how you washed the mug. Only the worst customer service companies pull these tactics to avoid replacing faulty products - their intention is to stall as long as possible and make it as difficult as possible to prove there is even a problem, so you’ll give up on getting it fixed. I will never order another mug from them, since they pull these kinds of tricks."
