How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We typically process orders within 48 hours, but during high-volume periods (like promotions or holidays) processing may take up to 5 business days. We’re always working hard to get your package out the door as quick as possible.
Once your order is processed, the shipping carrier assigns a tracking number. You'll receive an email with all the tracking info as soon as your package ships from our Montréal, Quebec warehouse (woohoo!).
