Once you’re signed up, you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 dollar* you spend in any DAVIDsTEA store or on the DAVIDsTEA website. For every100 Frequent Steeper™ points you earn within a 365-day period, you are eligible to redeem $15 (up to $45) off your purchase (before tax). Once you hit 100 points, you’ll find your reward(s) at checkout within 24 hours—just click apply to redeem your reward(s). Any unredeemed points will automatically expire 365 days after the date of purchase. Simply provide your email address in-store or sign into your online account to redeem. *$1 USD is converted to the equivalent Canadian dollar amount and points are provided based on this value.
claiming your rewards
You can check your steep stats at any time by signing in to your online account and clicking on the Frequent Steeper menu. Any rewards you’ve earned will appear in the Rewards Zone—you can either claim them online, or head to your nearest DAVIDsTEA and give your email address to a Tea Guide.
