Hi there, Daniel R.! For a hot cup of tea, we suggest using 1 Perfect Spoon per 16 oz of water. The perfect spoon is the equivalent of 2.5 teaspoons. If you're using an 8 oz cup, we would suggest using 1/2 Perfect Spoon or 1 1/4 teaspoons.
