"I thought this would be great to make an iced latte in this tumbler. Can you please let me know “how” to use this straw…. I had to keep lifting the straw up from the tumbler and I still could barely get any liquid. Once I loosened the top, I had no problems drinking. What is the point of that? Not very well made for tea in my opinion. I have lots of water bottles, so I guess this will just be added to that pile. Not too happy."
