"I really like these cups. Unfortunately they are too fragile. I bought two awhile ago. I wash them gently by hand. I keep them in a special place. Only I use them. When I went to use one the other day it had a crack in it so I had to dispose of it. I have no idea why it cracked but I don’t think I can afford to keep replacing them."

"I bought this mug a couple of weeks ago and it worked well until it developed two cracks around the rim. I can still use it but the insulating value is gone. I doubt if I would buy another. No idea how it happened. Maybe in the dishwasher but whatever, clearly a shoddy bit of kit."
