Not Perfect
The charge does not last long but when depleated it will charge fairly quickly.
Speed 1 is wobbly and it you want to stop mixing and then start back it it automatically goes to speed 2 and same if you are on speed 2 it automatically goes to speed 3 which I do not like at all.
I feel they need to make improvements to this or tell you in the description BRFORE you by the charge is short lived and about adjusting the speed which is not ideal at all.
Fiable, bonne batterie et simple a nettoyer. Je deteste que la force du moussoir soit controlee en allumant puis eteignant le fouet 3 fois pour avoir la force maximale. Le bouton est tres sensible, trop parfois et on active la deuxieme ou troiseme force par accident, alors que la premiere force est suffisante pour le matcha latte. Un deuxieme bouton pour controler la force aurait ete genial.
The quality of materials is excellent and the color scheme is cute. But the whisk is overpowered for tea.. So, you have to cycle through all the speed settings to get back to the lowest setting after each use. Doing that in a cup of matcha will create a big mess (due to the overpowered functionality), so I just have to remember to rinse first, then cycle through over the sink after every use. I would have rated it a five if it could just stay on the lowest speed setting in between uses.
Watch out for the speeds
It's a very powerful frother. Possibly a bit TOO powerful for the average cup of tea or tea latte. I love that it's rechargeable. But I don't like that you have to cycle through all the speeds to get back to the first (lowest) setting. Looks great and feels nice when you use it though.
I need practice! It needs a long frothing container as I discovered rather quickly. It works great. This user just needs to get the hang of this fangdangled gadget.
Bad Customer Service, Poor Product
My son's girlfriend got me the handheld frother for mothers day. I put it together, used it once and when I tried to take the wire whip off, it was impossible. We googled it, we looked for instructions on the box, we couldn't find it anywhere, so after tugging on it one too many times with all my might, it came out, and stretched the little wire spring in it out of whack. Now it wont work. My son's girlfriend has asked for a return through the Davids Tea website (this one) when she had just bought it 2 weeks prior (they say within 30 days they will replace via their page) and now a week later, she still hasn't heard a thing. Poor product and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would love this thing if it worked and was easy to manage, but this is a very poor design. On top of that, I would say their customer service is very sub par.

Nice for my matcha! I just rinse it with water everytime I do matcha. Quick and easy. It's a bit big though
Broke after 4 uses.
On first use, struggled pulling whisk out of base for washing. With alot of effort, it did come out. On 4th use, it was so difficult to separate, that the whisk broke the base, pulling the spring mechanism out. I believe it is now useless, and we will be looking for a different model.

You really need a tall container or it will fly everywhere lol
I also find it very difficult to remove the whisk when I am done using it. Perhaps in future models a release button could fix this issue? Anyway you really have to pry the teal part off with a tool and very firmly grip to pull it off I keep thinking I'm gonna break it :( hopefully that does not happen. Otherwise it's a great product.
