Our Montréal distribution team is hard at work packing and labelling orders Monday to Friday to get your order out the door within 48 hours. As we partner with multiple carriers, you can expect delivery within 2-5 business days once it has left our warehouse.

Friendly reminder: we unfortunately don’t have control over delivery times once we hand it over to our carrier partners. If you have concerns about shipping delays, please reach out to the carrier directly for updates. Rest assured, we’ll always make sure it leaves our warehouse as quickly as possible!

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all wholesale orders. 

 

Where do you ship to? Which carriers do you use?

We currently ship across Canada and the United States via multiple carrier partners. We’re unable to ship to other countries at this time. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

It typically takes 48 hours to process an order, but that number may increase to up to 10 business days in higher volume periods. Visit our Order Status [IG2] page at any time for an update on the status of your order.

How can I track my shipment? 

Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Visit our Order Status [IG3] page at any time for an update on the status of your order. Didn’t get a tracking email? Contact us here[IG4] .  

My order didn’t arrive. What do I do?

We’re here to support! First, you’ll want to check the tracking information you received via email from the carrier. This will let you know where your package is currently located and its estimated or updated arrival. If your order says it was delivered and you can’t find it, please contact us here[IG5] .

My order was reshipped to DAVIDsTEA. What happens next?

If your order was returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered (for example, due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), it will be received and processed by our fulfillment team.

Once we receive the returned shipment, we’ll contact you by email to confirm how you’d like to proceed. [CF6] [IG7] You’ll have the option to reship your order to the correct address (additional shipping fees may apply).

To avoid delays, please make sure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order and that someone is available to receive the delivery during business hours.

How do I update my shipping information?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damaged, missing or incorrect items, contact us within five business days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the issue so we can help to resolve it quickly. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or credit. 

Do you ship to multiple locations?

Yes! We can ship to multiple business locations. Please place a separate order for each shipping address to ensure accurate delivery and tracking.
