The ultra-luxe viral bevvie with a matcha twist

We’re obviously huge matcha fans, but that doesn’t mean we can’t be coffee lovers too. And because we love both so much, we created our lightly sweet & oh so flavourful Organic Coffee Matcha so that we (and you!) can have the best of both brews. Now what’s the natural next step?

Of course, it’s to recreate the viral tiramisu latte that took the internet by storm! But we wanted to add our own twist: enter the Tiramisu Matcha Latte. This creamy, indulgent bevvie takes a matcha latte made with Organic Coffee Matcha and adds a foam made with real mascarpone. Peak decadence.

This recipe makes an iced latte, but it’s easily adapted to a hot version so you can cup your hands ‘round a rich, warm cup of chocolately coffee deliciousness with a matcha twist. Add a ladyfinger spoon and call it dessert!

Things to Note: We recommend using a bamboo whisk—soak in hot water for about a minute before you start to keep it in good condition!

When you whisk your matcha, make an “M” (for matcha!) formation with your movements.

ingredients:

1 tbsp mascarpone

2 tsp sweetened condensed milk

1 tbsp heavy whipping cream

5 Perfect Matcha Spoons (2 ½ tsp) of Organic Coffee Matcha

90 ml (3 oz) hot water

120 ml (4 oz) milk of choice


recipe:
  1. Add mascarpone, sweetened condensed milk and heavy whipping cream to a bowl and whisk until combined

  2. Add matcha powder to your matcha bowl and pour in about 60 ml (2 oz) of hot water (tip: let it rest 5 minutes after boiling to reach the right temperature)

  3. Whisk matcha into a paste, then top up with another 60 ml (2 oz) hot water and whisk until frothy

  4. Fill your cup with ice and add your milk of choice

  5. Pour in your matcha base

  6. Top with mascarpone cream mixture

  7. Garnish with a ladyfinger for the real tiramisu experience, and savour that first sip of pure heaven
