Cracked After 1 Week
"I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought this to make iced tea. I’ve been using this new cup for 1 week. Only hand washing. And noticed a crack in the bottom of the glass today. To make iced tea I’ve been putting ice cubes in the glass, and pouring steeped tea on top. The crack doubled in length after use yesterday. The glass clearly cannot stand up to the changes in temperatures. Deeply disappointed by this purchase."

I Love This Cup
"Excellent cup. It's borosilicate glass and this is definitely okay to put warm liquid in. You should put ice in first and then pour the hot liquid over that, so you don't damage the cup. I would wash by hand and treat with care. I absolutely LOVE the colored lids and perfect glass straw. Amazingly sleek and looks so clean and cool with all kinds of delicious drinks. I can take my iced matchas to work now when I take the train. The lid completely locks the drink and straw in!"

Broke when I added one ice cube
"The glass broke the second time I used it. It's VERY fragile. I placed one ice cube in it and it went right through. Sad because it was such a fun glass."

Broke after 2nd usage
"Similarly to everyone else, I placed a singular ice cube the day after purchasing the glass and its immediately shattered. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the product, especially for the price tag."
