"Did not receive the tea but your company took my money with zero explanation or notification it was sold out. I thought the tea was stolen or lost in the mail. It wasn't until i was able to reach someone and trust me, that was an ordeal in and of itself, the a refund was offered. It took considerable time and effort to contact someone in your company. No apology, no compensation was offered until I demanded my monies be returned and refunded. Not impressed and like so many who reviewed the product, NEVER AGAIN."

Never Showed Up!

"Charged me but never sent it! Since it was a xmas gift I didn’t open the box immediately because there was no reason to think they wouldn’t send out my entire order. Two days before xmas, I got a refund and that’s when I looked to see this missing. Super disappointed in DT as the other item in the order was an add-on for this set."
