It’s all too easy to see how the London Fog became such a staple. From its humble beginnings in a Vancouver coffee shop, this tea latte has become a global cafe classic.
A traditional London Fog has everything you could want in a cozy bevvie. It’s typically made with Earl Grey, a bold & flavourful black tea with citrusy bergamot, that’s softened by lightly sweetened milk and a touch of vanilla. We use our Organic Cream of Earl Grey tea in this recipe, which adds a creamy vanilla twist to the original blend, so there’s no need to add any extra.
Sip it warm on a rainy day as you listen to the drops fall against the window, and you’ve got yourself pure comfort in a cup.
