We launched our Blueberry Yuzu tea during a season where we delved deep into Japanese teas and the tastes of Japan. This super fruity blend features a twist of yuzu, a tart citrus fruit native to Asia, on top of the flavour of ripe blueberries for a boldly irresistible combo.
Like most of our fruity teas, this blend works beautifully as one of our signature TeaPops. Brew it like an iced tea with a bit of sweetener of your choice, lemonade and sparkling water, and you’ve got a berry tasty bevvie perfect for a hot day.
ingredients:
2 Perfect Spoons (3 tbsp) Blueberry Yuzu loose leaf tea
1½ tsp agave (or to taste)
120 ml (4 oz) hot water
Ice
60 ml (2 oz) lemonade
Sparkling water
recipe:

Add loose leaf tea and agave to a steeper or French press.

Add hot water and let it steep for 3-4 mins.

Fill a 16 oz cup about three-quarters of the way with ice.

Pour over your steeped tea.

Add your lemonade, then top with sparkling water. .
