Steep at a lower temperature for pure heaven

"Historically I haven't been a big green tea drinker. I ordered this due to its high rating and I noticed when it arrived that the instructions were to steep it at a lower temperature (170ºF) and only for 1-2 minutes. I followed the directions carefully and the result was the most wonderful, complex, delicate flavor! It was so good that I recently ordered two more packages!"

Beautiful emerald green tea

"Beautiful green tea. Please follow close attention to the short steeping instructions and lower temparture. DON'T STIR THIS TEA. I made this mistake once and the tea went from a beautiful emerald green to a yellow color and was very bitter and astringent. Don't let that happen. It's a very delicate tea that is beautiful when brewed correctly."
