Tearrific news! We offer free shipping on orders over $75. All other orders ship at a flat rate of $8.99.

Our team is committed to speed, reliability and care—every single day. Every order is handpicked with love every day from our shipping facility in Chicago, IL, and we partner with trusted, top-tier carriers to make sure it’s delivered with care quick and hassle-free across the US. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We get it—you’re excited to get your tea, so here’s what you can expect:

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours but during high-volume periods (like promotions and holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. We’re always working hard to get your package out the door as quick as possible. 

Once your order is processed, your carrier will assign a tracking number. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details as soon as your package ships from our US warehouse (woohoo!).

How can I track my package?

You can track your order at any time by visiting the Order section within your account page or by heading to our Track Your Order page using the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn’t receive one, please reach out to us we’re happy to help. 

Tracking showing “Pending”? No worries — this is normal while the carrier moves your package to their first scan point. Tracking updates can be slow when carriers use rail or air freight, as they can’t scan at every stop along the way.

Seeing a USPS “emergency delay”? Don’t panic! This is just updated language on the USPS website and does not mean anything is wrong with your order. 

We allow 14 days of transit time before a package is considered lost and eligible for replacement. 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our team works fast to get your tea out the door, so changes may not always be possible. Here’s what you need to know: 

  • We’re unable to add, remove, or swap items once an order is placed. 

  • Once an order is in dispatch, no changes of any kind are possible. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on unwanted items. 

How dispatch works

The first stage is fulfillment — this means we’ve printed your label and packing slip and your order is moving through the warehouse. After fulfillment, your order enters “Pending Pickup” status until the carrier collects it.

Alaska & Hawaii & Puerto Rico

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS Mail. Estimated transit is 8–11 business days (may be longer during holidays). 

Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

We proudly ship to all military addresses via USPS. 

International Shipping 

We don’t offer international shipping at this time. For deliveries in Canada, please visit our Canadian website — we’ve got you covered there too!
