They're great but fragile. I know it's not the product's fault it fell on the floor, but there are some thin pieces that break easily. I've bought four in the last two years because they break easily. If that little plastic bit with the rubber end that goes into the steeper body to seal it or release liquid was made of metal, it would last a lot longer. However, the all plastic construction means it breaks very easily.

It is so easy to use - hot or cold, and it just pours out the bottom and voila! No leaves, etc. And easy to clean as well ... do pay attention when you take it apart to clean it as there is a wrong way to do which will result in tea all over you!!

I bought it 3 weeks ago. My sister and I love using this steeper as my little sister found it "fun". After 3 uses, I decided to take off the bottom portion of the steeper & get rid of the residual tea leaves. The bottom portion got stuck and now I can't use it anymore as it'll just drain immediately. Tbh, hoping there is a manual that is more detailed on cleaning.

Exceeded expectations!
I bought this a couple months ago for my husbands birthday. I wasn’t sure how about the size but it ended up being to perfect size for a big cup of tea. We’ve nailed the measurement down to 3 tsp of tea and just under 16oz of water. Works for all the David’s teas we use (don’t have a perfect spoon).
The quality is a lot better than we thought it would be! Doesn’t drip or spill at all and it is easy to clean! Haven’t taken it apart yet, but it seems easy enough to do. I liked it so much that I bought another one lol now we can both steep our own flavour of tea every night. I like that better than the one big pot

Loose leaf tea made easy
We received the Steeper as gift. After trying it we wish we had got it a long time ago. This is great for one large mug or two normal sized cups. It steeps the tea beautifully. By the time the steeping is done, about 5 minutes just place the Steeper on the cup and it filters and drains the tea into cup. If making 2 cups you stop the draining by lifting the Steep and moving it the next cup. There is no dripping if you wait a couple of seconds before moving it. The tea cools a little but is still quite hot to drink.
Cleanup is easy just a couple of rinses under tap to clean out the loose tea. After cleaning we just store it upside down to allow the Steeped bottom to dry out.

It's realky very versatile and can do dp many things well. Denitely the easist way to make iced tea.
I find mine very easy to clean. I just empty the leaves and rinse out righr after ise. Put dome vlean water kn, then wash after I drink my tea. I havent yet had to do a deep ckean (as in takjng it apart) and I have used it a number of times.
I love jie it gives thd tea leaves all the room they cojjd need to expabd, which I reslly fo believe leads to a better testing tea. I'd hate to go without mine

This steeper is just amazing. I just got mine and made my first iced tea with it. The whole process was so easy, efficient and fun. The tea itself was terrific.
Easier to use and clean imo than the DT iced tea maker (which is also a good tool that I've been using for years). And this steeper can make any kind of tea.
I'm in love with my mine already, I can't imagine wanting to ever be without one again.
Also had measurements on the side are very convenient. Yet subtle enough that they dont interfere with any tea watching I might fo as the tea is steeping.:-)
